After setting up a catering company during university and building up her culinary experience in Scotland, Northern England and Europe, Clemmie expanded her experience by joining By Word of Mouth as an event organiser.

There she worked on a wide variety of prestigious events and increased her passion for food by learning from some incredibly talented chefs during her 2 years there.

In September 2009 she joined Sugar & Spice as a partner to founder Joanna Preston and has since taken over after Joanna decided two children were enough to keep her busy.

Using her wide experience of clients and events, she combines her attention to detail, with focus on the highest quality catering, to produce great food and exciting memorable events, through an individual and personalised service.
