We pride ourselves on our food philosophy of providing traditional food with a unique modern twist using seasonal high quality produce all prepared from our kitchens in Battersea from the freshest ingredients sourced directly from markets across London from Covent garden and Smithfield to Billingsgate and Borough.
We use our amazing produce to create mouth-watering menus and everything is made from its rawest form from bread freshly baked every morning, rolling our own sushi and blending our own spices. Everything will be prepared in our kitchen and brought to you in our refrigerated Sugar and Spice van, where we will put on the final touches.
